and the top of the tin can fell in and i cooked it with the beans, can i stil eat then? or are they poisoned with metal?

No harm, no foul. The lid has no more "poison" in it than what you are cooking them in. Safe to eat the beans, but remove the lid first. It is not easy to chew, and you could get cut on the edge.

The beans are fine.

They were stored in metal, cooked in the can....they are still fine.
