That is perfect and to the point. You really don't need to ad more. Just don't walk up and blurt that out. Make sure you have a bit of a polite conversation around it first. Like, you look nice today. What are you up to? How's your summer going? Have you seen the new ?? movie? Then ask the question when it feels right. Believe me, you will know when.

Buy a book on body language to give you a clue in life.
Walk up to her and talk, then find out if she's into you or not by reading her body language, then ask her out. If she says no. Then ask out all of her friends on dates. She will be pissed that she turned you down, when she finds out how much fun you are.

ask her what she's doing on the weekend. If she says she's not busy, ask her to go to a movie or something like that.

You can think up something you would like to do. Like you could say, Do you want to go horseback riding? or Do you like to bowl? What do you like to do for fun? or Let's do something fun!
Wanna hang out? or as you say, Do you want to go out with me?

Ask her if she has cavities and if she want to go to the dentist with you .
Then - while you ask if you can see her teeth - you can accidently TOUCH LIPS and see if she feels the majic .

you can do one of two things, one can land you in jail though.
whip out your money clip, and say, 'dinner?'
or you can whip out your 'wang' (i wouldn't actually recommend doing this) if you are well endowed. don't do this if there is puss coming from the end of it, or if there are spots on it.

mayeb you should start with "hey can i call you sometime".. then slip in "would you like to go grab a bite to eat this weekend".. or "wanna catch a movie sometime" might work better for you.
