The better determiner of healthy weight is having a body mass index within normal range.
There are several BMI calculators online.
Good luck!

Ideal to whom?
I would not be concerned about what any scale says unless you are morbidly obese and health risks are probable. To determine your ideal "weight" for lack of a better word, think how you feel and how you look! Do you want to be muscular and toned etc or thin?
Think of this: One woman could weigh 150lbs and fit into the same size clothes as one who weighs 130lbs. Its what your body fat percentage is etc. Just eat healthy, exercise 3-4 days a week (including weight training). Good luck and have fun!

some are and a few are not. one won't have the capacity to make a blanket assertion approximately all females of any race. attractiveness is punctiliously subjective and interior the attention of the beholder. lots of the human beings indexed below are being very stereotypical, even people who're being complimentary. All black females don't have extensive noses or thick lips or the comparable texture of hair or gleaming pores and skin or vast butts or perhaps dark pores and skin. the super majority of black human beings are mixed race whether they do no longer seem to be to you - that's the explanation why maximum black human beings do no longer look like Africans. i do no longer understand what females people who've spoken on own hygiene are striking around yet maybe you may desire to discover a greater efficient style of folk to go alongside with.

Hi - you just need to search for body mass index and you should be able to find a chart. I'm not sure if age really figures - it's usually just height and weight I think. I've been signed up with the rosemary Conley Online diet for a few weeks now and they have charts with this info - I think you can find out the recommended weight without paying anything.

This ideal weight "calculator" asks you to measure your wrist and enter your height and current weight. It then calculates how much your weight is above or below a range of acceptable weight. Give it a try.
