I have a 3 second warning that goes out, I don't have enough time to do anything. Its plagued me all my life.

Well if it's immanent then just think of something else to distract yourself. I don't fully understand what you are asking because your sentence (spelling as intended or not) makes no sense at all!

if it's going to happen, just grin, brush your teeth and bare with it.

if it is immanent (i mean it as it MUST come out ie: stomach flu or something like that) then it really should come out and you shouldnt try to stop it or prevent it.. you'd be keeping the sickness in instead of getting it out.

other than that, gravol numbs the stomache walls and muscles. It also makes you sleepy.

if it's immanent, how can you stop it? not thinking about what makes you puke maybe, but then again a good mind puke might be healthy now and again.
