For you have done nothing wrong, you done nothing right. In making us laugh, you have made us cry. To set things right, we have set things wrong. For to make us laugh you will not do.

I have this terrible feeling that you have only actually read 2 or three pages in the bible. One of them must have been when Christ made water into wine---(not fig wine) and when He passed the fig tree and was hungry and didn't find any figs....there is nothing in scripture that says He slapped the tree. And then the last thing you read must have been that He wept. Well, he actually wept as He was standing at the tomb of His friend Lazarus. I don't know anyone who has gotten those three separate events into one day. But I am sure others can pick and choose what they want as well as you can.

Please note that Jesus wasn't ANGRY. He didn't slap anything---and He made really good wine out of water----I wish I knew why Christ wept at the tomb of Lazarus because He knew He was about to raise Lazarus from the dead. Could it be that Christ knew something about Lazarus that we didn't? Could it have been better to leave Lazarus as he was? Except for the grief of the sisters He may have done just that. But what do I know.

Thanks for asking the question. You have a good day now---ya hear?

intersting, you just made me think, the tree was a fig tree and supposedly in genesis they put fig leaves ill have to read genesis tonight to see

and as you know god comes down and gives them animal hides, ie shedding of innocent blood saying the fig leave is mans way and thats no good

is the mythic jesus cutting a fig tree kinda like saying you cant use the fig, its mans way, it doesnt work

like, you got to use my way cause im god

interesting, from me an agnostic from you i assume your an atheist agnostic type but i dont know,

youve made me think and want to ask about that

thanks

I had to flow reread the passage you're relating. IIRC, it became Jesus demonstrating how major it really is to trust, and the magnitude of prayer. It wasn't a lot the action of creating the fig tree that became not generating fruit to wither, yet really position self belief in God and that he will answer your prayers. good fruit on a production tree is valued, mutually with the guy who prays and believes in what they pray for. bear in mind that (we trust) Jesus performed miracles of healing... and those he healed BELIEVED he would heal them, and so that they were. they had to have authentic conception that prayer would artwork and bear them consequences. outcome = fruit only for reference... it is the passage about the figs that i imagine is maximum major: (KJV, Matthew: 21: "Verily I say unto you, If ye trust, and doubt not, ye shall not in ordinary words do this it really is executed to the fig tree, yet as well if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou bumped off, and be thou solid into the sea; it will be executed. 22. And all issues, by any means ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive "

What, exactly, are you trying to say? And can you tell me in the Bible where it says Jesus wept? I can, I just want to see if you know.

As He killed the fig tree around 2000 years ago...He is totally capable of killing it today too...just as "You are done!"
