Depends on what you are after.
Each have distinctive benefits.

Yoga is great for your joints, learning to breath..etc.
Tai Chi is even a bit mystical in it's finding balance. Plus, has the advantage of having self defense attributes.
Aerobic exercise is naturally good for the heart, (caveat, don't expect aerobic boxing, or kickboxing...etc, to be actual training in the sport. IOW, don't expect aerobic tapes to teach you boxing).

Tai Chi probably touches on many different things. That may be the best place to start.

Yoga - No even with the undeniable fact that it performed a heavy function in inspiring many chinese Martial Arts. Archery - For conflict, definite. Boxing - definite and that i say that basically because it became employed for wrestle properly previously it became a sport. Tai Chi - definite Tae bo - No Capoiera - definite
