ok so i went to this church for about 2years i no longer want to go it i found a new one but my old church keeps on calling me to come back i dont what to go back what do i say to make them leave me alone

some Churches find it hard to let go, it is usually the ones that think that they are the only way to God, not all Churches are this way.
the easiest way to discourage them is to tell them that you feel the lord is leading you to another Church, and that you have to follow the lords leading. how can they argue with that.

You sound like you have battered spouse syndrome. Your previous relationship with that church was probably very unhealthy and you were right in leaving them.
I'd call the cops and tell them I was being harassed by the church and take a log of all the calls and contacts you have had with the Church members. It may not get them to stop, but should you disappear the police will know where to look.

Tell them you found a new church, (in a nice way) If they are serious about God, and not just concerned about getting new members, than they should be happy for you!

Just tell them at the time being you are doing some searching before you pick any particular church to call home.

Tell them the truth. Try to explain what it is that makes you more comfortable at this new church.

AJ, SAY NO ! are you still desiring to have a closer conscious contact with GOD??? Get still take three deep breaths then with purity of heart ask GOD to send you someone to show you the way. Tell them that you found a church that you feel close to God in.
Thank them for putting you on the right path and tell them you will include them in your prays.

be honest, tell them you found a better church. if the continue to harass you, report them to the bishop or the cops.
