"The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands." Psalm 19:1

This is one of my favourite verses, because everytime I see the magnitude of the stars, the brilliance of a sunset or the strength of a thunderstorm. I know that it was God who created it all.

The other verse that is my favourite is, the one in my other question."We love because he first loved us."1 John 4:19
God created out loved ones, our parents, our brothers and sisters, our children. Its so wonderful that God created love.

Wow, good question! Theres this one place when me and my daughter go when riding horses, it's beautiful.Theres these lakes, undesturbed by mans touch, trees most of the way around them, when the sun starts to set a mist starts rising from the lakes its wild. It's beautiful, we'll just stop the horses and just sit and watch for a while. If were quiet enough we might get to see some doe (deer) and fawns come drink from the lakes.

But, everytime I hear my little boy laugh, my heart just smiles. How could someone so wonderful, so caring, with such a sensitive, big heart, that is so sharing, so loving, so polite, so wonderful... be my son. I'm raising him to be a good boy, but, he is way more than I could imagine.I always say though, he was touched by an Angel when I was pregnant, I almost lost him, very close to losing him. That's why he is so great, his Angel marked him for life. In every picture since birth, he has a golden halo on his head. really.

I'm in awe of everything! I'm always amazed by God's wonderful creation and his plans... It's just so awsome! and I always thanks to God that he created me as part of his wondeful creatioin and his plan.. Thank you God...

Psalm 8
3When I consider your heavens,
the work of your fingers,
the moon and the stars,
which you have set in place,

4 what is man that you are mindful of him,
the son of man that you care for him?

5 You made him a little lower than the heavenly beings [c]
and crowned him with glory and honor.

6 You made him ruler over the works of your hands;
you put everything under his feet:

7 all flocks and herds,
and the beasts of the field,

8 the birds of the air,
and the fish of the sea,
all that swim the paths of the seas.

9 O LORD, our Lord,
how majestic is your name in all the earth!

Amen!

While I have no problem appreciating the beauty of the earth (I just went to Hawaii this summer and have the privilege of living in North Carolina), I'm in the most awe of children. Watching them grow and explore their world, seeing their little brains figure things out- I can't get enough of it. I think they're the most precious gifts, and it doesn't surprise me at all that the Bible says to come to God as a humble child. They're so loving and crave attention and stability, even when they're brats.

I see the Beauty of Gods creation everywhere, from the grass to the stars. I am most in awe of the Beauty within caring and compassionate people. I've found the most Beautiful of them to be the ones other people have rejected for the physical appearances.

I'm not sure. When I see disease, famine, pestilence, mental disorders, genetic defects and natural disasters, I am aware of the awesome ugliness of creation. But when I read about the kind of world Jesus was striving for (i.e. the "Kingdom of God"), I am left with some hope in the darkness.

To answer your question more directly, the unfathomable vastness of the universe reminds me just how small our view of God really is.

I love that too; thunderstorms, the ocean, and sunsets are just a few of the ways that the beauty of nature remind me daily of God's love. I also love stargazing, I like to think that maybe God's light is more like the moon, pure and brilliant.

I was in a very, very remote area once and when I looked up, the stars formed a solid band of gold across the sky. That was an awesome sight.

I'm an atheist and did not connect it to God, I just thought it was an awesome sight.

The awesome, totally breath-taking sunrises I saw this past winter had me expecting Jesus to appear in all His glory!
My driver and I always remarked on yet another masterpiece created by God.

I am moved by lots of things in His creation.... the breeze, the trees waving in the wind, the aroma of night blooming jasmine, thick clouds that look like shaving cream among a super clear super blue sky (WOW!!!), the rain, etc. If I had to pick one thing that moves me most, it would be the ocean shore, with its waves, clear air, aroma of sea water, the sound of the water tumbling back and forth, the seagulls cawing, etc. Ethereal.
