I think it's Tahiti Treat - we used to get it with our Kentucky Fried Chicken on the way home from the cottage. We live in Ontario, Canada. There are some specialty shops that specialize in "retro" candy, snacks and beverages - one is called "Suckers," another "Grandpa's Attic". You might find it there - I haven't seen it in grocery stores for a long, long time.

Tahiti Treat
Tahitian Treat is a soft drink produced by Dr Pepper/Seven Up Inc, sold mainly in the Southern United States.

It is like a carbonated Hawaiian Punch. Many convenience stores in North Carolina sell Tahitian treat slushies, and they are almost always the preferred slushy flavor
