I was wondering if I could download Microsoft word. Just the program. Where would I go to do that?

To answer your question - no, at least not legally, since Word is Part of the commercial M$ Office Suite. Why don't you try OpenOffice? It's free, it's legal and it can do all the stuff that MS Office can do. Plus, it can handle MS Office native files.

You should look into open office. There is a very similar word program there.

I like Word much better than Works. That is why I want ot keep my old computer (win95) as a backup.

coming back to ur prob. well th easiet way is to visit www.torrentz.com then search for microsoft office there. but u need to have azereus or utorrent to download that.

it should be in ur system if u have windows have someone give u a file copy of it on a cd.. they can send it to u thru messenger any one of ur friends
