drink water and cut down on all salt intake (also known as sodium in ingredients list, try to stay away from anything with more than 100mg per serving) salt helps retain water in your fatty tissue and it helps retain fatty tissue it self. cutting down on the salt, and then allowing lots of fresh water to flush it from your system will help you drop water weight really fast. also if you drink sugary fluids stop you will drop ten to 14 lbs easily, but 140 isn't big at all. that is a pretty healthy weight. keep your goals reasonable...when people drop to much weight they end up looking diseased rather than cute. Focus more on toning to get that healthy radiant look.(ps muscle weighs more than fat but looks so much better)

don't worry about ur weight, as long as u can fit through a door ur fine! lol.
BUT...
if u absolutely HAVE to lose to lose the weight, DO NOT work out at home, definetly work out at the gym. people there pressure u to be better than ur best, and u always want to do better than the person next to u.
don't drink too much water before working out, but stay hydrated, and make sure u stay away from pop and extensive sugar before working out. a little is ok, but not an hour b4 working out.
stay hydrated during ur workout as well, but only drink little sips of water, if u gulp down a lot of water u'll cramp up.
