Suggestion: Before you take this anywhere you should establish that your friend and the convict are, in fact, one and the same person.

288. (a) Any person who willfully and lewdly commits any lewd or lascivious act, including any of the acts constituting other crimes provided for in Part 1, upon or with the body, or any part or member thereof, of a child who is under the age of 14 years, with the intent of arousing, appealing to, or gratifying the lust, passions, or sexual desires of that person or the child, is guilty of a felony and shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for three, six, or eight years.

particular, it rather is taxable. Did you pay criminal expert expenditures out of the contract? in case you probably did and it replaced into specially a lawsuit for discrimination filed after 10/22/2004, you could deduct the expenses on line 36 of the 1040. (Eg, you gained $5000, however the criminal expert saved $1900. you place $5000 on line 21 and $1900 on line 36 so which you in basic terms pay taxes on $3100.) As others have stated, EMOTIONAL soreness and suffering is taxable. actual soreness isn't. You did no longer lose an eye fixed or an arm, in basic terms your delight.
