I don't think there is an answer, there are a lot of religious leaders throughout the world, but a person can be very religious and act that way, but it depends on how spiritual he is in his heart, it is hard to know what goes on inside a person, because some of the people who claim to be religious, are fooling us.
A lot of people are doing good things out there, but you can't say they are religious, because most don't subscribe to a religion.

the question is very difficult to give a straight answer to, all people who communicate with spirit daily are no more religious than any one else, there are figureheads of the various churches, who give the "holier than thou" impression but it is the position they hold to man, that is important, in keeping with each religious aspect, these are many and it matters not what their Deity's are called the strength of spirit communication is the same, so next time you do a body mind meditation and pray for others it could well be you , god bless. love and light, and keep asking questions then you will truly in your own heart find the answer

There is no "most religious person in the world" if you do good deeds then to heaven you will go if you do bad deeds then down to hell is your place....
Nobody is "better" than the rest.

I think it has to be the Dali Lama! He is one of the most spiritual people I have come across yet apart from the Pope.

The Dalai Lama. He keeps reincarnating and coming back to his position as the Dalai Lama. He must be very committed and loyal to his religion.
