Try asking around in a nearby lifestyle group. I suspect that there would be some interest in your suggestion as it's not a long-term commitment and low emotional investment. Just be sure that you know what you and she would be getting into.

you appear to be a desperate loser--extremely unattractive--the mow doesn't need mowing but once a week and so the rest of the time there wouldn't be much else to do outside but wash the car--cause you damn sure aint coming inside!
