I hate my brother and sister with a passion. and im not sure why. but even if i get along w/them sometimes i still hate them and it doesnt make me feel bad that i hate them. i hate my sister even more, she is a year younger than me. i htink it is because i am her half sister and she always used it against me. she would say things like this "im glad ur only my half sister" or "why dont u live with ur real dad, ud be loved more there." but iknow that is not true, i have about 7 sibilings on his side, he cares for none of them. and my sister also would tell my 2-3 year old brother that if he played with me i would kill him. and sometimes she specified, she said i would shoot him with a gun in the head, or stab him with a knife, or my fave, cut his pe.nis off with a dull knife. she did that till he wasabout 6. now he hates me tho i have been all nice to him. and we are six years apart, and his nastyness towards me has caused me to hate him. should i feel guilty?

no i know i hate them, not only when i am mad but even when i am in the best of moods. and it will matter in 20 years(no offence) because i have a wall of separation between them(no matter how hard i try to break it) i mean, im closer to my other half sister that lives over 8 hours away from me. but i cant help the situation, ive tried, and there is nothing my parents can do, they tried, but my sister is sneaky and does stuff behind there back. and even goes so far as to threaten my brother so he will side with her, and he is happy when she does that. and she is mean to him, she makes fun of him, calls him fat etc, but he still loves her more than anything when iam nice to him, he thinks im trying to get him to hate my sis, which iam not doing. i just want to be closer, by relationship w/ my sister is gone. and im afraid the one with my bro is too.

I'm sorry to hear your feelings of hatred!
Most 14 yr olds dislike their own brothers and sisters, let alonge half-brothers and sisters, step-mothers, step-fathers.
Don't sink to the level of your half-sister - she is jealous of you for taking her fathers time.
As you get older your feeling will change, maybe. Or you will just stop being in touch with them when you leave home.
Meanwhile, hatred is an emotion that can cause YOU to have problems. Ulcers, upset stomach, headaches, etc.
Do you get along with your parents?
At your age, I doubt it! But can you talk to them? If not, talk to a counselor at school or phone one of the childrens hotlines (listed in your phone book in front) or try to ignore the whole thing, rise above it!
Don't allow someone elses feelings to bring you down!
You are a beautiful, wonderful person - you show that by asking if you should feel guilty. I don't think you should feel guilty - thats another emotion that can harm yourself.
Even if you don't believe in GOD, you can talk to him too.
I feel for you an thousands like you. Try to be happy!

At 14 years old it is natural that you have these feelings. I have 4 sisters and there were at times these same feelings. I would recomend you talk to your parents just the same way you explained it here. Try to make them understand that you dont want to hate them but you do not know how to deal with your emotions. Explain that you want to be a part of a good loving family and that you are overwhelmed by your feelings. Just talk to your mom and tell her you are really torn up by this and see where it goes. Good Luck.

You say you don't know why you hate your sister. Then you go on to say she manipulates the other siblings to try to turn them against you. And you feel she even has turned your own brother against you.
Sounds like she is the one jealous of you. Trying to turn everyone against you. Talk calmly and without flipping out to the adults in the house.
Instead of feeling guilty talk to people. (Not complain) Find someone that can help you and maybe even get her help. I see this issue growing bigger with time. Then again if you can try not to build up too much resentment this will blow over with time. Good luck

Sounds like you have your reasons for hating your siblings. Sometimes we do hate them for some reason or another sometimes we don't really hate them but the things they do. To be honest it sounds like your sister has hurt your feelings with the small things she said which may have meant nothing to her but meant a lot to you. Try talking to your sibilings about your feelings and if that doesn't work remeber that just because they are family doesn't mean you have to like them it does mean you have to tolerate them for the time being.

You are not a bad person.

u r carring all that anger, and it isnt doing a thing to ur sister. she still goes about her day. u r giving her to much time in ur head. think of good thing she does, and realize that it will get better. im a mother of 4 boys, 2 step, one mine the youngest ours, and they would fight, boy they would fight growing up. the oldest are 21. 19, 18 and no one comes between them, but they still fight with the little one, which will grow out of. be positive, dont let them bring you down, think like this, will it matter 20yrs from now, and if not, throw it away. dont give it another thought!

Here is something you should know, Your half sis is so mean to you because she is jealous of you. everything stems from a simple case of jealousy. You should feel sorry for her. As for your brother just remember, he has been told since he was a baby that you ar an evil person. just go out of your way to do things for him, and when he gets in a fight with your sis, side with him. You will soon win him over

you should be very careful what you wish for because even though you THINK you hate them if they werent here tomorrow you would regret saying these things. I lost a son 5 years ago and things that were said by different people in the family have come back to bite them in the butt. Live for today, not for hate its a strong word that you may regret later

It sounds as if none of the adults in your house care about how awful your sister is. Not much will change now. It sounds as if you live in a house filled with hate.

Try not to hate. You don't have to be friends with this awful sister, but for your own sake, try to quit hating. It will only tear you apart.

Good luck.

Oh, what a charming family you have!

Yes, your sister seems to have some pretty serious emotional problems. You need to talk this over with your parents. I know you feel you have done so, but if it was just shouting and accusations, that is not "talking it over." Be very calm and rational, but get said what needs to be said: that your sister is ruining your relation with your brother, and has turned you firmly against her. (The word "hate" need not be used; it is too provocative.)

Although you don't want to hate them you shouldn't feel guilty your sister should... that is so vindictive to say that to anyone.
