Just the right to prosecute anyone you catch trespassing, when you see them call the cops and tell them your land is posted and you want to file a complaint.

(Get a license number, they always take off before the sheriff arrives! :)

Posted means that any one illeagally on your property can be arrested or detained for the tespass. This varies by each states laws, so ask at your County Tax Appraiser or Sherrifs.
Is basically an announcment that you do not wish to be disturbed. Wishes are like raceing with atoms.
