Parlo poco, (I speak a little)
Parlo solo un po' d'italiano, (I only speak a little Italian)
Non parlo molto italiano (I don't speak much Italian)
P.S.: "Parlo un piccolo italiano" doesn't mean "I speak a little Italian", it means "I speak an Italian small", which will just confuse the hell out of anybody who hears it.

Floormee's answer is not correct! Say "Parlo solo un po' d'italiano", pronounced PAR-loh SO-loh oon POH deetalYAnoh. By that time they'll be so charmed they'll want to impress you with their English. Have fun!
