Oh, lord! How I wish I could help you, but I can't.
Help comes from within.
Have you seen your doctor........
Have you addressed the issues that have caused this feeling of self-loathing.
I hear that by cutting yourself, at least it's you that has control over the pain you are inflicting.
Big hugs. I don't know if that helps. xx

From what I understand, cutters don't feel in control of their lives, that there is a numbness and unreality surrounding them. Cutting pulls them into the here and now. It says I feel, therefore I am.
Cutting is an addiction like any other addiction. The way to stop is to break the cycle. Easier said then done I know...
Most people cannot break an addiction themselves. They need support and you know what that means.
The first step is to reach out to someone. No one can do that for you. By doing that you are taking back true control of your life. But it's totally up to you.
I hope you do it.

I was a cutter too, the best advice I can give is tell someone you trust, tell your parents, your teachers or your friends. Accept the help they want to give.
When you are tempted to cut, just tell yourself that you are worth more than this.

pay interest, the great element is to attempt now to not be on my own frequently...flow out with friends as a lot as you could and stay faraway from sharp products that would get you questioning. The extra exciting you've and the further you' get out is the further your ideas received't imagine about reducing and melancholy.... in case you could not do this i sugggest search for advice from with a therapist or a well being care service. Dont worry it will be fantastic

i used to be a cutter. and you know it passes after time...and all it does is leave you with scars that wont go away. think of this way: what does cutting do for you? ABSOLUTELLY NOTHING! why? cause you releive your pain for few minutes...you bleed you might feel better seeing the blood..but what does that do...nothing. it wont take away your problems...or your anger...or sadness...so when you do get the urge...call someone...or just scribble on a paper with a pecil...or it helps...MIGHT help acually to take a red marker and just draw on your hand with it...to make it look like blood...or just write in your journal online...cause that keeps your hands busy...try one of these
Xanga.com
i do it when i get the urge...i dont think just write for about 20 mins maybe and it goes away.
or go into a public place...that way you wont do it cause people are around.
Good luck
Hope this helped

I know that it is hard to stop, so you really need to get help. Develop some coping strategies. When you feel the urge to cut, maybe do a crossword puzzle to take your mind off the cutting and do that until the impulse passes. Hope that helps some.
