Go to this website for the better business bereau, it's shocking to read. Don't be a victim.

One guy makes a complaint, and it's "shocking news"? Huh?

And that website isn't for the BBB, it's for people who want to complain to the world via the internet.

JBC & Associates is a collection agency, not mail order.

Uh, I got your little e-mail. And you are wrong on all counts.

The website is for rip-off reports, not the "better business bereau" (and it's spelled bureau). The complaint (or "complains" as you managed to spell it throught your e-mail) on that page is supposedly about a person saying they got a collection letter from RJM, stating that they owe fingerhut some money. It quickly turns into a fight between "steve" and some other posters. There were no "hundreds of complains" on that page ... just steve and the others going back and forth.

I think you are the one who needs to read "furthur" (it's spelled "further") and get some sort of education while you are at it. Your e-mail looked like a grade school drop-out authored it.

Subject: Regarding your Fingerhut answer

Message: If you would have read furthur than the first sentence you would have noticed hundreds of complains about this company not just one opinion. It's people like you who makes opinions of what you don't know and not read. Don't answer questions know nothing about.

Don't have to. I won't buy anything from mail order. Majority is cheap imitations as well as general crap.
