Yes, this is very possible and even normal. You may not even be depressed...it doesn't sound like you are. Clinical depression will not just go away unless you undergo treatment for it. However, if you do feel like you're depressed, maybe an anti-depressant could help you to feel better on a daily basis. Also, insomnia can cause a change in mood and fatigue. If you are having trouble sleeping at night, I'd get that checked out..

Yes it is possible. We are human beings not robots.
Yes it's also possible to be clinically depressed even if you feel it only a few days a week.
Please see a professional. If you are without insurance or the financial means, investigate free clinics, call social services, or even a hotline.
Depression can be helped, but you need to take the first step and reach out.

Could be fibromyalgia...Cronic Fatigue, or maybe ur overworking yourself, are u doing some activity that is making u tired? Did something bother u, maybe your depressed because of a situation, find someone 2 talk to & Get it out, u will feel better later....Good Luck!!!

You could be Bi-polar. When people are Bi-Polar their moods go in cycles. You can be manic one day and depressed the other. You could also be a rapid cycler where you can be manic one hour and depressed the other. When you are in the manic stage you have alot of energy and could feel a little euphoric.

I have severe pms and I get depressed during specific times during the month. It seems to be a cycle. I am on medication to help balance my mood swings. It has helped very greatly
