Yes, when I was a teenager. The guy I had just broken up with has a name similiar to the guy I had just started dating. Fortunately for me, the new guys was so into it, he did not even notice.
Now, names are not even mentioned during sex!!!

That's why you only say "baby" that way you won't accidentally get confused. Afterwards you just appologize, obviously the other persons feelings are hurt. I'm assuming or hoping this is a new relationship, and if not, you might have some problems.
