i really like this guy and i think he likes me too, and i want ot ask him out its just i dont know if its weird for a girl to ask a guy out. cuz i sorta believe that a guy should be the one to ask a girl out. what do u think? should i ask him out?!

i mean hes the type of guy that's not nervous to do anything. he usually takes control of his feelings for a girl. he will want to sit next to her ALL the time...

I know from experience that its totally fine for a girl to ask a guy out. Sure, some people might not think so, but if you really like the guy, you should go for it. There was this guy that I had liked all year and I could kind of tell he liked me too, but he was too shy to do anything about it. I asked him out and he said yes, and we have been together for 3 months now and I couldn't be happier that I got up the courage to ask him. Good luck!

Totally ask him out cause there's no reason why you shouldnt. Sometimes guys are to shy to ask a girl out so thats when the girl has to take charge and make the move to ask out the guy . I've done it a few times and guys say they like it when the girl asks him out cuz it takes more pressure off them

Sometimes it's fun to make the first move. Go get what you want.
Try this:
"we seem to have quite a bit in common and I think I would like to get to know you better. How about this Friday, I was thinking we could shoot some pool and chat for a bit."
Also, I have found guys receptive when I say "You seem like someone I should get to know better. Can we get a cup of coffee around here somewhere?"

It's fine for a girl to ask a guy out. I've asked out all my boyfriends. Most of the time guys are too chicken to ask a girl out.

No, not at all. If you want him, then just go for it. Girls tend to ask me out by declaring they like me and the such. These days, you can do whatever you want. There's no wrong and right about who asks who out. Tell him you like him and he tells you he likes you and done. Actually, that's better because guys can be shy and don't make the first move.

No, it's not weird. It's 2006 and anything goes. Just ask him what he's doing next weekend, if he's not busy, tell him you wanted to see a movie and ask if he would like to go with you.

Hmmm. I'm in the same boat...
If you're not comfortable asking him out (which is perfectly fine by the way, I'm contemplating it myself), then just tell him you like him back. THEN, he'll know you won't reject him and might just build up the courage to make you a very happy gal! ;D
