It means you better also be using an additional form of protection, like the pill. Condoms are not 100% reliable.

It could be a bad condom, not enough lubrication, the condom might have been too thin, or he might have not put it on correctly, which is hard to do.
You need to talk to a parent about it because if it broke inside you you could have gotten pregnant. There is a smaller chance if he had not ejaculated yet. But talk to a parent as soon as possible. If it was recently you can still take the morning after pill just to be safe.

It doesnt mean you're pregnant. It means that their was a tear in the condom and you could get pregnant. Just to be careful use good condoms from now on like trojan.

Probably he tore it with his nails when he put it on. Or else it was out of date. He is not very good with condoms. If you don't mind screwing a dork don't worry about it (but get yourself some morning-after pills).

It could have just been a defect in the condom, not his fault probably, always buy the expensive condoms!!!

the condom tore.......not your fault or his.... it happens sometimes. try using a foam every time as a back up in case it happens again.
