Just whisk together 1 egg yolk, 2 Tbs. olive oil and 1 Tbs. honey, then apply to damp hair. Wrap hair in plastic wrap and wait 30 minutes before washing. The honey moisturizes, while the squalene in olive oil and the lecithin in the egg acts as sealants to temporarily heal split ends.

the only remedy for split ends, is to get your ends trimmed.
to prevent More split ends from happening, condition your hair with a good conditioner, and get a trim, even if its an 1/8 of an inch, every couple of months or so.

You can't fix split ends. They're like a stuck zipper, no matter how hard you try, you can't get it to zip up and close- Try just getting a trim (not a haircut) at a salon.
