The healthiest diet is 80% raw foods to 20% cooked..
In other words 80 percent fruits and raw veggies and only 20 percent of foods that need to be cooked (meat, fish, veggies, breadstuff, etc).

Your best exercise is walking...at a normal pace, at least an hour a day (or 2 half hour walks do the same purpose but the full hour is best) Jogging and running are sometimes overstrenuous and tire the heart, especially if you are not used to doing exercise.
