Make Kabobs and broil them in the oven on your broiler pan. Cut up bell peppers, onions, leave mushrooms whole (simmer veggies until a little tender about 3 to 5 minutes) and pineapple. Cut beef and chicken the same size as veggie chunks. leave shrimp whole. Marinade meats/shrimp in your favorite marinade. On a skewer, stick one meat, one bell pepper, one shrimp, one pineapple, one chicken, one onion, etc. Keep going until the skewer is full up leaving ends free to hold. You can load these any way you want. That was just an example. Then broil them, turning often until done. I would put the oven rack 2 down from the top. This is very easy. It will be easy and great fun for you. the guests will be impressed. This goes with the Mac & cheese, too.

Dessert: Gee, with the graham crackers and marshmellows all ya need is Hershey bars to make Smores at the table. How fun...set a happy mood for the meeting. Other wise the best desserts to surprise people is "Rootbeer Floats", or "Strawberry Short Cake".

For dessert, here are two ideas:

1.Chocolate Cobbler:

3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups+ 3/4 cup sugar, divided
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
7 Tablespoons NOt sweeteend cocola powder
1 3/4 cup water

Prheat your oven to 350 F degrees. Melt butter in a 13x9 inch bakin pan. Mix togetehr the flour, 1 1/2 cups sugar, milk and vanilla. Pour into pan. Spinkle 3/4 cup sugar and cocoa over the flour mixture. Slowly pour water over top. Bake 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 6 to 8

2. Place some Graham crackers in a 16 inch cake pan.
IN a bowl, mix together, two small boxes of vanilla pudding mix,
a tub of cool whip, and 1 1/2 cups milk. Stir until thickened. Pour over the crackers. Cover with more graham crackers and frost with chocolate frosting. Then Refrigerate. The longer it sits in the frig, the softer and better it gets. (by the way, it's ok, if you use some crackers on the edges. This is a Chocolate Eclair pudding cake. It's always wonderful, when I make it! Someone might want seconds! it's one of my favorites.

Well, there's lots you can do with the meat part. Try using lemon juice and cilantro to 'cook' your shrimp(the acid in the juice will do that for you, no heat needed) the chicken, well that depends on what kind it is, (leg, wing, breast, boneless, etc), but just cook in the oven with pulverized soda crackers and an egg wash to make it stick, seaon to taste, and the beef? Well, cow is good just about any way you slice it. As for dessert? And chocolate to the marshmallows and graham crackers and you got s'mores. Hope this helps a bit.
