Do I have to wait in the Post Office, or pick it up at some store or something?

Nearly ALL post offices have these types of forms out where you can get it without waiting in line.

For a $1 fee charged to your credit card, you can do it over the internet at the post office website: www.usps.com
and then click on "change of address" in the "receiving youur mail" column (3rd from left).

In the post office lobby.there is no wait go in get one and out you go.Very easy and quick.you can fill it out at home and put it in your mail box.

either go to the post office they should have a rack of them so you don't have to wait in line. Or you can ask your mail man when you see him. They always have them

Post office, but you still have to change it with the registry as well.

You have to go to the post office or if you have a credit card you can go to there website and pay 1.00 to change it there.
