Hello, I have a problem with an illegal immigrant from Mexico. I would not like to get into the "why" of it, but the "how." Does anyone know of who I can directly contact to get this matter dealt with? I would like him deported as soon as possible.

Also, what are the criminal penalties for being caught?

This is not racism. You people do not understand the situation. And let's say I were a complete racist, he still has no legal right to live here. The law is above all. Illegal aliens do not belong here, and I hope each and everyone of them is taken back to their homeland.

Deportation consists of a 10-12 months bar. as quickly as the bar is served, the guy can word for a visa to the U.S. like all people else. notwithstanding, based on the deportation on checklist, no "non-immigrant" visa, jointly with a customer's visa or student visa would be issued returned. the only thank you to return would be with an immigrant visa, and that could require a petition from a straight away relative who desires to be a U.S. citizen.

Report him to the immigration police, but be very careful that you really have a problem with him and that he really is a threat to the US, because most mexicans just want to have a better life, and if you do this just because he stole your girlfriend or something, he will be treated so badly, you have no idea. I have heard some horrible stories of the way that they are treated, some wish they were animals so the animal rights people would protect them.
I know that many people will disagree with me, but that is the way many of your ancestors became US citizens.
Most of the mexicans take a very high risk in going to the US and they leave their families behind and send them money when they can.
Yes, I'm mexican, and I don't plan on becoming a US citizen, I'm from high class and people who work for me have told me these stories

Where i live in Ohio they ask the legals to report all the illegals to the sheriffs office or the ins in Cincinnati.There should be a place where you live to report them. Good Luck..If caught they send them on a plain back to Mexico..they are always showing how they put them on a plain back to Mexico.its always on the news here, about once a month they make a sweep of all the construction sights, that's why we don't have a huge problem with illegals here, its still big but not like it is in the big cities

Illegals=criminals
if they was aloud here then they wouldn't be called illegals...

Mind your own business you racist cow. Yeah, the USCIS is going drop everything because YOU have decided someone you don't like is an illegal immigrant. God you're a moron if you think that's the government works.

Call the cops in your local area. Or call the Dept of Immigration. Or call the DEA or the local office of the FBI. Any of them can tell you where exactly to call or take care of it themselves.'

Contact the police and tell them you have an illegal immigrant problem (since it is illegal for them to be here they will respond regardless of the problem).

At the rate the government is working , you might have to do it yourself . I'm sure you can think of something to get the police to help .
