I just got one of those home gyms and I plan to use it almost every day. How long do you think it'll be before I start to see an increase in muscle size? I'm 17, tall, skinny, and I run a lot (I'm on the cross country team). Also, do you have any workout or diet advice?

2-3 weeks for noticeable changes (you'll notice getting stronger and being able to do more reps fast, but muscle def won't change so fast).

You can work with your weight a million different ways. Two of the ways I recommend are these: 1. 3 days a week full body workouts. #2. Monday upper body Tuesday lower body-alternating like this. Both of these are good workouts. Notice that body parts are not worked every day, they need a day to recover. Remember for instance if you work your arms today, don't work them tomorrow kind of thing. Hope this helps.

If you are tall and skinny you might half to gain weight(which will interfere with your running cross country). YOu should see change in about a week if you use it every day on a regular basis.
