I am going to buy a car from either Honda Fit or Toyota Matrix. Can someone tell me about the cons and pros from these two cars and help me make my decision?(I know the price for Fit is cheaper and have many accessories but I do the research on Yahoo Auto there are some people telling about that there are problems with this car)

I have the Toyota Matrix's sister car the Pontiac Vibe. They are identical in terms of engine/transmission and even the interior. Just slight body changes.

I love the little car. It gets me 30 mpg on average, and can haul a lot of stuff. I purchased and moved a tread mill home in my little Vibe.

130 hp is adequate. Could use a little more pep, but I'm happy with it. The car does have an optional super charger that you can use to increase hp if that's important to you. They also sell a 180 hp version that has a yamaha high performance engine in it.

If you like to do your own automotive work, Toyota's are the way to go. they allow you to get to the part, get tools on to the part and replace the parts. I've always found honda difficult to work on because of the location and how tight they stuff their engine into the engine compartment. Toyota has it tight also, but you can do the majority of the maintenance yourself. Toyota places the oil filters in a location that you can do an oil change without ever having to jack up the vehicle.

I love my Pontiac Vibe, and definitely would recommend the Toyota Matrix or Pontiac Vibe.

If you want to compare similar vehicles. Compare the Honda Fit to a Toyota Yaris. Both are designed to be cheap, entry level vehicles for the young or young at heart.
I read auto magazines on line. You can too: Motor Trend, Car and Driver, Automobile.
The Fit is a new model this year. All of the reports I read say that it is an excellent vehicle, as good as any made by Honda. In early summer, the demand was higher than the supply. Some dealers were selling for sticker price plus.
The Yaris is also a completely new vehicle. It is relatively economical transportation. I have not read any negative reports about it. It does not seem to have nearly as much interest as the Fit.
Toyota Matrix is some kind of a mini sport utility vehicle. It has been around for several years, with no real changes. You should be able to find plenty of opinions on line. You may also want to consider buying a slightly used Matrix. It will save you some money.
