he always played hot and cold the next. i realise now i didnt need that. the thing is i think about him when we had good times, but i think the quicker i get a new boyfriend the quicker i will get over him. there is a boy who i like and he likes me too, should i go for it?? i dont want to mourn over something that will ruin my confidence for good. im not cocky but i feel i deserve better than someone treating me like **** on his shoe.

I'm sorry to hear about your boyfriend wrecking your confidence.

You really need something that will totally transform your confidence levels for the better and make changes that will last your entire life.

I've just finished listening to a free hypnosis download for confidence success available from the following site and it is wicked! I highly recommend you give it a try and wish you all the best with your future.

My ex boyf treated me like that, we were together for two and a half years on and off, he broke up with me 10 times but he had me convinced i was lucky to be with him so i never had the confidence to break up with him even though i would have been so much better off without him, eventually i went to college and met someone else, like this other guy was nothing serious and we only lasted a few weeks but it showed me that other people wanted me and that i could do better than my ex (who is now gay bi sexual by the way)! I think you should forget your ex, he obviously didn't deserve you, move on and never look back, there are plenty of more fish in the sea! Don't get all hung up on looking for the perfect guy or even a boyf, just go out and enjoy yourself and have enough respect for yourself to find a man that actually deserves you!!

In your profile you say you're a Muslim. Does this mean you will only go out with Muslim boys? I've lived in a Muslim country for 16 years. Muslim men have a different social understanding of women.
Have break from any boyfriend. If you can go out and have a good time with your girl friends.
Get friends with some non-muslim guys.

You constantly think about him because he meant a lot to you. You need to find a new way of enjoying your own company and loving yourself more. Also, now has never been a better time to spend time with your girlie mates. You won't think about him so much then.

Forget him babes. Have you ever heard of 'PLENTY FISH IN THE SEA'?
Being a young girl you should not get too stressed about boys. You will go through lots of them before you decide to settle down, so go out and explore the male world, enjoy yourself. x

playing hot and cold like he did is a power thing. by not being straight down the line he is effectively controlling you and the way you react to things. this is why you are finding it hard to let go. confide in your friends, sign up to a course, take a hobby....anything that will let you rediscover yourself. only then will you find that he is in your thougts less often

good luck

If you feel you are ready go ahead but if you aren't back away.I fyou are not over him it will just be a rebound relationship and won't last long and probably break your heart again. So think before you do anything.

dont get with anyone else yet, that will be a rebound relationship and you need to get over your ex first. if you dont, then you will constantly compare your new boyf with your previous boyf and there wont be a happy ending for you and your new boyf
