Eat all junk foods which r high carbohydrates and fat.Make a habit of having a Banana regularly.Also think of having Ice creams and Choc-lets regularly.Prefer foods with lots of oil in it.These tips will give faster results.Watch your weight at regular intervals and put a stop once reached your goal stop all these foods and switch over to more healthy foods.Good Luck to u.

If you are not vegan, then some suggestions are: potato chips, ice cream, and lots of food with fat and sugar and sometimes starch. Eat a lot of bread, popcorn, and soda. You should gain wieght if you stay on this diet.

Don't listen to people who tell you to eat grossly unhealthy things, thats just yucky. You just really need to increase your daily calorie intake. Try protein shakes, lots of tofu and peanutbutter, more carbs are good too so lots of breads and starches, all that fun stuff. I try to gain weight too but can't do it for the life of me, so good luck! lol

well since your vegetarian i would suggest plenty of starchy carbs and pastas (oatmeal, wheat toast, potatoes, anything with whole grains). try to find a good 100% natural, 100% whey or soy protein powder, whichever you prefer. try to consume 1.5g of protein/ pound of body weight. and up your caloric intake (maybe use a calorie shake mix if you cant eat that much) eat about 5-6 meals a day. dont go cold turkey, build up to it. GOOD LUCK

Have you heard of gluten, its a protein used to make vegetarian meat. Its made of flour of wheat. But when prepared correctly it can be very nutritious and delicious. A safe way to gain weight

I'm assuming you want to gain weight as in muscle???
If so I would eat lots of protein and since you don't eat meat I reccomend Powerbars, lots of cheese, especially cottage cheese... and constantly work out to put on that muscle.

u have 2 drink atleast 1&1\2 litre of water daily in the morning & 1\2 litre of water in the afternoon u have to eat potatoes and raw vegetables in the night do not take lots of fats take green leafy vegetables
