Yep, if there was no phone call, then she's likely getting her first two dates of dinners and movies paid for by the new guy.

If she shows up for the first two, but not the third, it could be alot of things. Maybe an emergency came up.
If she doesn't show for 3 dates in a row, I'd say it never got started.

No she's just playing hard to get, start showing up at her work orher school or her house, follow her everywhere and call 5 or 6 times a day

You should have figured that out on by the second date. The first time something might have happened but more than that she ain't interested.
