When they can do it by car and just stopped for a few seconds by a border agent that ask some questions about the reason of his/her visit and leave him/her come here?
I don't get it why they prefer to cross the whole river or desert instead of that?

wow you have it all wrong just because some do that doesn't mean all do, Mexicans are hard workers very hard workers! you have no right to judge anyone or any race!........im sure that if you were a Mexican and had no way to support your family due to the poor society you would come over here illegally to work and make money to give your family a batter life........

I could care less if they suffer. They deserve what they get. If you are going to be stupid enough to sneak over in the desert in temperatures of over 100 degrees, you are an idiot. They are a huge burden on the American tax payers and I wish none of them would make it over. I don't care what happens to them.

Its because of distance, Why would an immigrant from arizona travel to TJ when his job is on the Arizona US border. Also alot of people think that the Immigrants are from Mexico, when alot of them are from central america, and many dont know what is in store.

Because they don't have the proper documents to enter legally. Some of them are being hunted by Mexican authorities (wanted by law) for various offenses, ranging from rape, drug trafficking and murder. Some are carrying illegal drugs, that they cannot carry with them legally to cross the manned borders.

Because we don't want that many poor people here because we have to pay for their education and health care and other services. It is very expensive, which is why their own government doesn't pay for it for them. Our schools are failing, and we wouldn't let more in.

Because the ones coming over by car are doing it legally and are law-abiding citizens. The ones coming across the desert or river are illegals, drug dealers, terrorists, God knows what else....mother rapers, father rapers....you name it. Most of the ones coming by car go back to Mexico once their trip here is over, the illegals on the other hand want our food stamps, welfare and other free government handouts.
