My cat allways lays down right in the middle of an ant bed and gets mad when I move him. I dont understand.

it's not neccesarily the ant bed your cat may be looking for, it might be the sandy dirt it prefers (ants tend to make their home in sandy soil)

It's probably ok just to let them lay there, with all the fur, the ants won't bite, I don't think! if they do, the cat will learn!

Maybe the ants just carry him there. They're strong, you know. Actually, I never heard of a cat doing that.

That's a new one. Maybe their little feet tickle him and he likes it. Face it, hon, cats are weird. I know. ;-) I've had cats who liked to watch TV and a cat who literally taught other cats to get into the cat food cupboard.

gotta love em.

Hope they're not fireant mounds!!!

Anyway, maybe he likes his back scratched by hundreds of tiny ant feet?

"The ants go marching one by one, horrah! horrah!" Sorry, couldn't help myself! LOL
