No more than any other form of jaywalking. If you started crawling across at a designated crosswalk while you had the "walk" signal there's nothing anyone can do...Unless a cop feels like being a major asshole.

There's probably a loony law about it in some country. In the UK, you could be done for obstructing the highway. Failing that, assuming you're not drunk/drugged, you'd probably be picked up under the mental health act. :o)

Unless you are causing an obstruction or risk causing an accident, I suppose not. However, I think that they would find a reason for stopping you. Imitating a dog perhaps.

no joke this happened to me. there was a homecoming in the small town i live in they and a footrace was held. i was crawling along behind the runners,clowning like everyone else was. the local friendly town marshall arested me and that kindly old judge fined me two hundred dollars. yes,i,m pissed!
