i picked my nose when i thought no one was looking. what must i do now?

flick it casually as if noone knew. then say, wew there was a cat hair in my nose, I'm finding them all over the place!

Forget about it. Everyone does something embarrassing at one time or another. Everyone else has forgotten about it. You should, too.
One time I was playing for and directing my singing group at Knott's Berry Farm. I didn't realize how slippery the stage was, and as I gathered enthusiasm, the piano bench toppled backward and my feet were where my hands should have been. My singers tried to keep going, but they were laughing too hard. Needless to say, the performance wan NOT a success.
Like I said, embarrassing moments happen to everyone.

Throw a combination of salt and pepper between your legs. Then run in circles 3 times counterclockwise. Good grief every one picks their nose. Who the heck cares?

Eat it. You already look foolish so either eat it or spread it on your forehead. Or tell them you pick a winner and show it to the nosy bystander.

Pretend that you feel like your nose is bleeding...tell everyone you get nose bleed a lot...
