like arm circles or stretches while sitting. or even calories used while on pc--i thought i heard about something for about $60 that works by measuring your sweat and maybe temperature. can't exactly remember. It would help me to see the progress I'm making. Thanks so much,

I don't know of anything that would work by measuring sweat or temperature. These things are affected to easily by outside factors, i.e. a hot day or air conditioning set cooler. I think the way it is done for athletes and such is by measuring the amount of oxygen consumed when you are breathing. Something like this would be way more than $60.00.

You can buy a heart rate monitor for as low as $50.00. This would at least tell you something.
