I'd say, "I Believe" "I'll Sleep When I'm Dead" and "If I Was Your Mother" or "If I Wanted You" I'd be in "Fear" so we're just trying to "Keep The Faith."

In ancient Jewish tradition Satan is simply an angel doing the work that God assigned to Satan to do.

The word Satan means challenger. With the idea of Satan challenging us, or tempting if you will. This description sees Satan as the angel who is the embodiment of man's challenges. This idea of Satan works closely with God as an integral part of God plan for us. His job is to make choosing good over evil enough of a challenge so that it becomes clear to us that there can be only one meaningful or logical choice.

Contrast this to Christianity, which sees Satan as God's opponent. In Jewish thought, the idea that there exists anything capable of setting itself up as God's opponent would be considered polytheistic or setting up the devil to be an equally powerful polarity to god or a demigod.

Oddly, proof for The Christian satan/devil mythology is supposedly found in the ancient Jewish texts that were borrowed to create the bible. One can’t help but wonder how Christians came up with such a fantastically different interpretation of Gods assistant Satan in their theology.

Other hints about Satan’s role in human relations can be seen if you look at the name Lucifer. It meaning in the original tongue translates as Light bearer or light bringer. Essentially the bringer of enlightenment. The temptations of the Satan idea bring all of us eventually into Gods light. Hardly the Evil entity of Christian mythology.

Well if this is a serious question...

Satan would be lying... he is the father of all lies, he promises men the universe and gives them every desire, causing men to give their soul to him.

What does a man gain by having the whole world, yet only to forfit his own soul?

If Satan told that to me, he'd be gettin' ready for a tail stompin' by the Lord Jesus Himself...

I would say, " Satan, I command you to get away from me and go right back to hell in the name of Jesus Christ, and under all of the authority in heaven, Amen."

He has no power over me... I do not fear him... Jesus is my defender and savior, and Lord...

I have accepted Christ, so death, the grave, Satan, 10,000 demons can not take me from Christ. I do not fear them. They fear me, because I am a child of God, I'm on God's side.

God bless you and yours.

I'd say "I know you do. Thank you for telling the truth in the garden of eden so that we could have knowledge. You knew we wouldn't die huh? Also, thank you for standing up that bully god. Wish I could do more to help."

This is purely hypothetical though, as I do not believe in the scapegoat named "Satan".

I don't believe in "Satan" except for the hockey player named Miroslav Satan (pronounced Shat-on). There is evil in the world for sure, why invent scary mythological figures just to freak people out and subjugate them with fear?

He is the 'father of lies'. It would be a lie. He doesn't know love.

Speaking of Satan - can we agree he isn't a little red suited dude with a pitchfork? The Bible says he is cunning and beautiful and he comes to as cloaked in the disguise of false religion, to distance us from our real Father who loves us.

Beware the "religions" of man and turn to Jesus Christ alone as Savior.

As a person who tries to hold on to Jesus as tightly as possible......I don't know what I would do or say. I would probably just stand their stunned hoping that the HOLY GHOST would speak through me and handle the situation.
