No! Most applications ask about felonies or more than 3 misdemeanors. If they don't ask don't tell. Don't volunteer the information.

No. Only have to answer the questions on the application. No one asks if you have committed crimes...

most places just ask for felonies , but if your app says have you ever been conviced of a crime best to anwser truthfully because upon back ground check it will come up anyways . but if the app doesnt say an crime then leave it out :)

If that person was convicted of it yes, if it was dismissed you should note that. Always be truthful. Criminal records are public records and if they want to check they can. If it comes out later your werent truthful it will bite you.
