My parents are out of town for a week and I want to throw a nice foam party... Drinking, Dancing, topless and everything....
I have a 18 years old sister who also wants to come otherwise she will tell my parents......
She said the only way she wont tell my parents is if I let her come to the party and let her go wild too because there are going to be lots of guys and girls going wild...........
Should I let her come???

You should tell her she can't come! This way she'll tell your parents and you won't be able to throw the party. I think that is the wisest thing for you to do.
Your party might get out of hand and you might regret having it - unless you have really, really good friends that won't ruin your house, bringing other people you don't know along. And if they bring some other people that you really don't know, and you never will know whats going to happen....

Sure, let her come to the party. Your parents might as well be mad at both of you at the same time.
