where do you find the vin numbers on a trailer, if the frame what part or where.?

There should be a manufactures build sheet in one of the closets or cabinets. Sometimes you have to look under the front driver’s side corner and it should be stamped right on the frame.

Usually on the toungue small metal plate listing axle weight and a "manufacturing number. certain small trailors only have a manufacture of origin # on them

well if it actually has them they should be by the tongue, some trailers dont have them at all
