oh my gosh, i have not cried that hard in a long time. that is so sad. that little girl did not deserve what she went thru...no child does.

Wow, that was horribly sad. What the hell is wrong with people??? How could someone do such a thing to such a beautiful, innocent child?? There is nothing worse in this entire world than a child abuser. God willing, justice will be served.

My daughter who is not almost 3 has had seizures since she was 10 months old. She has achually stopped breathing twice now, and it was the scariest time of my life. The second time I had to give her CPR and believe me it's not easy doing it to your own child who is now blue. People only think happy things when having a baby and aren't ready for the possibility of it coming out with problems. When we have children we need to make sure that we are prepared for ANYTHING! Because nor I or my ex-husband have Eppilepsy on either side of our family and yet our child has it. I thank God every day that she is here with me. I was so close to loosing her and it terrifies me to think of a life without her. We have finally found a medication that has stopped the seizures but still at any time she could have one. And because of the seizures she is very behind so she gets regular physical, speech, and occupational theropy. All we can do is pray that she will grow out of her seizures. But each day I am just so thankful that she is here with me. I couldn't imagine life without her. Children are very special and we need to start treating them better. More and more people all over the world these days abuse their children verbally, mentally, and physically. And it needs to stop. Children didn't ask to be here and they have never done anything wrong yet they are getting treated like they did. Please lets stop all of the violence children deserve better!

You have to click on the tab at the top of this page. I just read it and it is very sad. I am a child advocate and have been working in my community to educate people about shaken baby syndrome. Everyone who has a child should be educated about it before leaving that hospital!

Awwww omg I cried. I kept thinking, what if that had been my baby?! That's so awful *sniffles* I wouldn't be calm like that mother though, I'd prolly hurt the person who hurt my life.

Oh, god. This was very hard to read. I hope that abusive b*tch that did this to her gets what's coming to her! As a mom, I don't think I could have exercised the self control that this mom did- if it were me, there would have been a severe case of 'shaken b*tch syndrome' as soon as I found who did it!
