....2 days a week and I'm not good at picking up radom strangers at bars/grocery stores, etc. I usualy takes time for me to find someone and time is not something I have a lot of. This is true of online meetings too. It takes a lot conversations with people to find someone to hook up with. Oh, and I'm not hiring someone. Any ideas?

Find friends and make dates for love not need. AIDS is real and your meetings sound risky and dangerous. You cant feel that hot and if you do exercise dance cold showers do what you need to do alone. You kind of figure out what your body wants and needs to express if you did have a girl. YOU do not need to be so needy or desperate ... It might work on some girls and it might send some running away from you. Wrap it up and call it a day. Calm down...I see dates like interviews and you have to play the 20 questions game to be a gentleman and respected. Go out to the laundramat, grocery store, on a jogging path, to the zoo, etc. Plenty of women in those places.

Sometimes you have to get to know the woman to get the sex, unfortunately for you guys. doing the five knuckle shuffle with lefty can usually keep you in line most of the time...but finding someone who will do that FOR you is the best...if timing was a problem I'd just try to hook up with a friend ...just until i find someone of my own.
