Submission is the best way to escape from any unfavourable situations. Submission means a fully willing submission.

At work place, it can do wonders. Obedience can be formed only through passing unfavourable conditions. To prove our obedience more and more opportunities are created. If we fail, more hard occasions.

When we decide to obey, the whole surroundings are made use of to defeat us. There we have to prove our strength of obedience.

I think our submission to the workplace should not hinder our rights. If ever there is already a violation of our rights in the workplace, that's the time that we cannot afford to be obedient anymore.

I experienced that, that's why some labelled me as rebellious. But I know better; the law is with me.

Read your legal rights and be able to know about their application in your place. You may consult a legal adviser.

Let me tell you a story about a want to be Pastor and a very Religious man that worked at the factory that I was working at. My direct supervisor was a ex biker who loved to still keep his hands on the pulse of that culture. He told lewd, racist jokes and cursed a lot. We had a want to be music/ youth pastor working third shift with us who would always run to his Bible when ever my supervisor spoke. This just inflamed my supervisor to keep up his bad behavior. Than there was this guy on first shift know for being a member in good standing at his church who got along fine with the supervisor. The supervisor would always tone down his antics and was a lot more sensitive to the guy on first shift. The want to be pastor ended up losing his job because God told him to allow his car to be reposed and to live off of the church community. Which one of these two showed the love of Jesus to his fellows more?
