Pomeranians look funny. Any of them would be cool, but DO NOT get a cat!

Might be none of them are right for you. Go to the Purina website and take the questionnaire and find out the right dog for you. All three of the breeds you ask about need to be groomed. And there is no such breeds as teacup poodle or teacup or toy Yorkshire terrier. Poodles come in toy, miniature and standard. Yorkshire terriers are just that, some are smaller but they are not guaranteed to be a certain size.

Poodles have a repuation for being very smart. I would go with a poodle. Second choice would be a yorkie.

Check out Yahoo Pets to get specific information on these breeds and thier personalities. Do a lot of research so you pick a dog who complements you... it's a big commitment!

OMG!!! For crying out loud!! Again- don't limit your choices just because a breed is "cute"... UGH!!

Think about your lifestyle and home. You've named all small breeds- do you live in an apartment? not a lot of yard? What about noise. All these breeds named are very territorial- they don't like strangers and can be seen as very "yappy". You may want to consider looking into "silent" breeds, like the basenji. They're a little bigger, but they won't (can't) bark!!

On to your lifestyle- Are you active? biking? walking? hiking? or are you more couch-potato material? These breeds still need some physical activity, although throwing a super-bouncy-ball down the hall could fulfill these little guys' needs. (Super-bouncy-balls are a good size for these breeds. Tennis balls are a better size for beagles and bigger.)

Go to a reputable breeder of each and ask them what these puppies need- socially, environmentally, nutritionally, activity level, grooming, etc. Be sure to also talk to a vet- ask what to look for in each breed to pick a healthy puppy, and ask what to watch for once your puppy is grown. See if YOU measure up to their needs.

Poodles are often billed as hypo-alergenic, b/c they don't shed... but that also means that you're going to have to trim them every month or 2- that can get pretty pricey.

Yorkies- Same- going to have to take them to the groomers on a regular basis.

Poms- They have naturally long fur- you won't necessarily have to get them trimmed, but they'll shed... EVERYWHERE!! and if your vacuum isn't up to par....

Unless you're looking for my opinion (which shouldn't determine what kind of dog you get)... in which case, I'd suggest a Pom and a GOOD vacuum... or a Poodle and a quiet pair of clippers...

Poodles don't shed. Pomeranians require a LOT of grooming.

None of those, kiddo. They are all overbred and inbred. They will be mad, short-lived and nasty little beasts.
Get a real dog. Go to the pound and find one that seems nice. It will love you and you will love it.
