Talk to your ex about how she still feels about you. If she likes you to then I think you should dump your girlfriend and go out with your ex. I do sugesst though finding a nice way to dump your girlfriend. Be forewarnded though, try to make sure she can't hit you with a purse or kick you where the sun dont shine! well that is not right. You need to let go of the girl you are with and not use her to forget unless she is willing to help. Be sincere with her and if you think you stand a chance with your ex and she is worth the trouble, then tell her how you feel and take your chances to be happy. A person that you are dating should keep you focused on her or else you don't love her. You might find someone more for you down the road if your ex is not available. You will know when you love a girl when she becomes everything for you and when you care less about your ex.

I kind of have the same problem and I recently realized how to fix my problem. I know I will always like my ex on some level. But I have to get over that. You started goin out with this new girl for a reason right? Just think about that reason whenever you start to have doubts. Then think about the reason you and your ex broke up. For me it didn't end well so it may be easier for me. Good Luck. I feel for ya.

I just went through this with my ex and my bf, don't keep goin out with the girl if you like your ex, it's not fair to her, and it's not doing n e thin good for you either....... make sure you want to do though b4 you do it, u don't want to regret anything...

If your dating someone new but your heart isn't in it, and you still have feelings for your ex then be honest with this girl and let her go so then someone else can appreciate her.
