No; usually it means she likes you, but not at all in a romantic way. More like mother-to-child, really, she thinks you're amusing or cute.

No. She may love you, but having a "soft spot" just means you have a sympathetic, caring personality, or a weakness. She could have a soft spot for puppies. Or a soft spot for small children. Or a soft spot for chocolate ice cream.

If she has a "soft spot" for you, it means that she thinks of you kindly meaning she likes you. Love is another story and you may be reading too much into her good will. However, it also means that the relationship might have the potential to bloom into something more. Work on it.

Ok, I agree you need to elaborate on your question. From what I gathered from your vague question is that a woman has told you that she has a soft spot for you and you would like to know if that means she loves you. No, it does not, please see the definition of soft spot on dictionary.com. It reads as follows:

soft spot
n.
A tender or sentimental feeling: has a soft spot for stray animals.

have a soft spot for. Have a tender or sentimental feeling for, as in Grandpa had a soft spot for Brian, his first grandson. This expression, first recorded in 1753 as "a soft place in one's heart," uses soft in the sense of "tender."

Sorry pal, it isn't LOVE...yet. Keep trying.

If a woman says she has a soft spot for you that just means that she has feelings for you, she cares for you, and she hopes you the best. It does not mean she is necessarily in love with you.

Say what? A soft spot where?

Are you referring to a figure of speech? A soft heart towards someone means that they will always care. Doesn't mean wanting to marry you.

some times it means she's just a little confuse of hes feelings towards you, it's a caned of "I fell attracted but he's not my tip, or to young for me, or I don't think it will work, or it's something about him that attracts me but everything that he does or/and everything that he IS tells me NO" and we can continue like that but the story is the same: if you and her get together there 90% chances to fail and with is delete you friendship too, or you never get as a couple together and there are 70-80% chances to be very god Friends and more then Friends, maybe like brother and sister Friends, forever, she could become like your only human that can thoroughly understand.
there is also 8% chances to be after something that you can do for her, or you can help her with, or your money, or some thing that she can use to her advantage to get her some were that she wants.
but also there's a slate chance like 2% chances to become love and become a steady couple or more.
I don't think you should get any hopes up because I've seen this to many cases, and I've never seen the 2% cheeses work more then a year and then they always hated each other after and many never spoke again.
I thoroughly hope I'm wrong in your case.

When someone has a soft spot for someone it just means they care. Could be just as a friend or it could be more, that's up to you to find out.
