The reasons I might not call would be if things were too strained between her and I; if I was mad or upset with her or came to realize that we were not right for one another.
I would try not to get into a situation where I'm interested in two women at the same time; if it happened and I didn't want to be with the one woman I would let her know as gently as possible. I believe I wouldn't leave the other person in the dark or treat them as badly as you've been treated.
If I was interested in two women and unsure which one I wanted to be with, I hope I would be fair to both of them and take some time to be alone and really think about each of the relationships and which one (if any of the two) might be the one that is the "right one".

ok if a guy at best treat you ok and horrible all of other time girl...you run like hell to the other direction!! if you cant get a guy to treat you right you better off alone. it's never worth it!! also you gotta expect guys to treat you right. thats the minimum!! thats how you weed out the losers. there are certain standard you do not drop. for your own sake. because who you go out with often reflects who you are. Im not talking about money or material things here. Im talking about someone who respect another person. It's not a perfection nor an ideal expectation . It's a minimum expectation. We often teach others how to treat us. We permit others how to treat us.

He's lost interest but is waiting for someone else to come along or worse yet he is just keeping you on the line for when he wants sex. Either way your not loved and need to move on. If your feel unloved or like something is wrong it generally means something is wrong. We humans have a sense for those things.

"He's just not that into you" It's a book, I hear it's pretty good. You should consider the fact that you should be treated better and if this guy just isn't willing to do it then you should leave him alone. Don't let the "good times" make you think he loves you because he just doesn't. Good luck!

sometimes you just dont want to be on the phone...guys aren't like chicks...the only time we talk on the phone for extended periods of time with a chick is when we are first getting to know her...after that..its pretty much same ol same ol....so instead of boring his *** off about what color pants your wearing....you should go visit him and actually do something productive.

he is probably not interested anymore... you have to find things to keep your relationship interesting... He is probably trying to feel another woman out.. so if you really want him pull out all stops.... But make sure you have respect for your self, and your body... Don't ever disrespect your self for a MAN

I would definitely think that he doesn't want to be with you anymore, if he doesn't treat you good, and doesn't really seem to want to talk to you, he's pretty much tellin you he doesn't want to be with you anymore!!
sorry....
