Yes you can, the rules have been relaxed everywhere, even coming from the UK, the only restriction is on liquids and gels, so drink that cup of coffee before you go through security, and anything must be consumed before you board the plane. A lot of the previous answers are old news, I know I have just flown back from the UK, and I have been flying in the us and Canada this week.
